Ingredients -
5 cups Turkey or Chicken Broth
1 cup Wwhite Wine
3 ribs Celery, finely chopped
2 tablespoons Fresh Ginger, finely chopped
3 teaspoons Soy Sauce
1 pound Shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 medium Sweet Onion, finely chopped
3 cups Broccoli Florets
1/2 cup chopped Cilantro, or more
pinch Ground Red Pepper (cayenne), optional
Preparation:
In a 4-to-5-quart pan, combine broth, wine, celery, ginger, and soy sauce. Bring to boil over high heat. Add broccoli and onions. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until broccoli and onion are nearly done. Add shrimp and continue cooking until the shrimp turn pink. Remove pan from heat and stir in cilantro. Season to taste with red pepper, if desired
