Ingredients
2 chickens (broilers), cut in halves
5 ears corn, off the cob
3 green peppers, seeded, chopped
4 onions, peeled, sliced
1 cup cream
3 cups water
Seasonings to taste
Instructions
Put all ingredients, except the cream, in a stew pan.
Bring to the boil; then lower heat and cover.
Simmer gently for about 35 minutes.
Stir in the cream.
Return to the boil and cook for 2 or 3 minutes.
Serve.
