Ingredients
1 chicken, cut up
2 onions
Bouquet of herbs
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 tablespoon curry powder
Boiled rice
Instructions
Bring water to a boil in a saucepan and add chicken, onions, and a bouquet of herbs.
Cover and cook until tender; season with salt and pepper. Strain.
Melt butter in a saucepan with flour, stirring constantly.
Cook two minutes; add half a tablespoon of curry powder and cook two minutes longer.
Add the strained broth and cook until smooth. Stir in chicken.
Arrange the chicken on a hot platter and garnish with boiled rice.
