Ingredients -
3 Baking Potatoes, cubed
3 Carrot, chopped
3 stalks Celery, chopped
1 small Turnip, chopped
1 medium White Onion, chopped
1 Vine-Ripened Tomato, chopped
5 cloves Garlic, minced
Sea or Kosher Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Preparation:
1. Add baking potatoes, carrot, celery, turnip, white onion, garlic, and tomato to large stockpot.
2. Add enough water to cover vegetables.
3. Bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat to low and simmer 1 hour.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Simmer 30 minutes.
