Cube Steak Recipe

Ingredients
Cube steaks
Bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1 can French onion soup
1/2 can water
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Season cube steaks to taste.
Dip steaks in egg and then coat each steak with bread crumbs.
Cook in skillet in small amount of oil over medium heat until browned.
Place browned steaks in a single layer in a baking dish.
Mix soup with water, stirring to blend. Pour mixture over steaks.
Bake, covered, for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
